My aim is to introduce you to all of the amazing benefits of yoga. Through philosophy, movement and mindfulness I hope to encourage you to find your flow and individual awareness. Every person is unique and I will create a welcoming environment for you to build your confidence no matter what stage you are at. Every class is a chance to build and form your own practice whether than is through 1-1 sessions or group classes, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

I started practicing with Emma through her Beach Yoga & Brunch sessions (which are awesome by the way) I love the way she leads us through the practice so when I felt I needed some time out, I unto her retreat to Morocco! It was beyond all I thought it would be. From the views, accommodation, food, activities, yoga - it was all so wonderful. What made it was the amazing people I met. I have memories I will treasure forever! Can’t wait for the next one!
