My mission is to introduce you to all of the amazing benefits of yoga. Through philosophy, movement and mindfulness I hope to encourage you to find your flow and individual awareness. Every person is unique and I will create a welcoming environment for you to build your confidence no matter what stage you are at. Every class is a chance to build and form your own practice whether than is through 1-1 sessions or group classes, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
